Thanks for posting this, Jude. It resonates deeply with me, particularly from the perspective of HIV/AIDS. To know that people are dying because states can not budget enough funding for their medication is unthinkable. It should be outlawed to allow the sick to die for lack of money. It is simply unethical to do otherwise.
